Does Adobe accept the signature?
Yes, the format is standard (adbe.pkcs7.detached). Trust in the certificate depends on who issued it.
Can the PDF still be edited?
Any change after signing is recorded, and verification shows the document changed.

This processing happens on your device. The file is not uploaded to our servers and is gone from memory when you close the page.
